How to assign a task in Knowledgebase.

How do you assign a task in the knowledgebase? I see that someone assigned a task to me with feedback on a knowledge article and I see it in my assigned tasks.

@LeynaZ are you trying to reassign the task or act on the task. Anyways review this KB for working with Feeback tasks either via Agent workspace or Platform UI.
Navigate to All > Knowledge > Feedback Management > My Assigned Tasks.
Select a feedback task.
Review the feedback given by the submitter. Reason and description
Work on the feedback task to closure.

No, I am trying to see how this task was created in the first place. I cannot re-create it.
I'm trying to determine a better process for managing the feedback from either flagging or tasks.

To see Knowledge Feedback Tasks assigned to you, go to Knowledge -> Feedback Management -> My Assigned Tasks
To see all Knowledge Feedback Tasks, go to Application Navigator -> kb_feedback_task.LIST to go to the table records
Open the record and assign it to user,

Hi @LeynaZ ,
To assign a task in ServiceNow's Knowledgebase, you need to locate the task, open it, and then assign it to a user or group in the "Assigned to" or "Assignment group" field respectively. You can find tasks related to knowledge articles through the "My Work" or "My Groups Work" modules.
