How to change Text color of top banner widgets on CSM Portal

Please do anyone know how I can change text color of these widgets on top banner to black color or CSM Portal

Navigate to Service portal -> Portals

Open csm portal

Open Theme

Update CSS variable $navbar-inverse-link-color: #000000 !default;

I have updated the $navbar-inverse-link-color:#000000; on the service portal csm page and CSS variables only, I tried the theme one which you directed me to change but it didn't work so I have tried the one on the service portal main page and it worked.. thanks for your help.

You can change the text color of the Banner using UI15.
