i had one more query.. can we bring a dasboard into the  CSM/FSM homepage.. so that if we want to make any changes to the hompage we can just go to dashboard and make it instead of going to UI Builder

yes platform analytics dashboard can be included in workspace landing pages

CSM/FSM workspace already has that
