How to get the install base hierarchy on CSM/FSM Workspace ?

Hi Community,

 

Been trying to enable/ explore install base hierarchy on CSM/FSM workspace - installed all possible plugins/ app still can not see/ visualize the hierarchy tab. any directions/ insights appreciated! TIA.

Hi @vijetagajjar ,
As Install base item already have parent child relationship, still I am also facing same issue in my PDI.  As per documentation it is mentioned - Use the Install Base Hierarchy tab on the CSM Configurable Workspace to view the parent-child hierarchy structure of an install base item.

Could you please check hierarchy visualization item in UI Builder  component for Install base item page ? or may be plugin component missing. 

Are you facing some issue in  your customer instance ? If yes please check with ServiceNow HI support team.
