How to get the install base hierarchy on CSM/FSM Workspace ?

Hi Community,

Been trying to enable/ explore install base hierarchy on CSM/FSM workspace - installed all possible plugins/ app still can not see/ visualize the hierarchy tab. any directions/ insights appreciated! TIA.
