How to share dashboard with Contact accounts (Role: sn_customerservice.customer)

Hi,

 

I want to share a custom dashboard with a report on incidents to the contact accounts (Users with sn_customerservice.customer and snc_external roles).

 

I have already shared the dashboard with these 2 roles but when I impersonate the customer account "dashboard" menu is not visible in the application navigator! I think I need to share this dashboard in another way

 

Can anyone please help with this?

Hi @MM25,

Try to add these two sn_customerservice.customer and snc_external roles to one group and share it via sharing option (it is Best Practice)

or 

add two roles to dashboard via sharing option

I have attached Screen shot, how to share the dashboard to group or roles or user

No, It did not. I know how to share the dashboard! But external users or contact accounts cannot see the dashboard in the application navigator! I don't think data from incident will be visible to them.
