In Customer Service csp portal page, the search widget is working only for admins but not for others

In CSP Portal, As shown in image6, i searched with name vendor in how can we help search bar. then a page is opening with home->search as shown in image8 .Now that particular home->search page is not visible when i impersonated to user with sn_customerservice_consumer role. instead it is showing, sorry, the page is not found as shown in image9. please help me to achieve this page visibility to user with role: sn_customerservice_consumer

I think this is most likely a page access issue, since the search works for admins but returns a 404 for consumer users.

  • Go to Service Portal > Pages and open the search page.
  • Check the Roles field and confirm the sn_customerservice_consumer role has access.
  • If you're using User Criteria, check the page's Who Can View settings.
  • Test again by logging in as a consumer user.

If it still fails, check the search widget and search sources for additional access restrictions.
