Issue with CSM workspace

Dear All,
When raising a Customer Order from CSM/FSM Workspace, this page is keeping loading without showing anything. It is happening in partner's instance. The instance is in Xanudu version.
In my PDI instance it is showing like this :
Where is this catalog referred to? And why it is not happening in my another instance.

Hi @Pallabi Mitra1 ,
As per your PDI, it shows correct , if you look at my instance :
Now, what you see under catalog is coming from "Product offerings catalog" :
Now, on your partner's instance you can check the above configurations , if not already available, you can create those, then clear your browser's cache and try again.

Dear Sandeep,
Thanks for the info. But I have defined the same in my partner's instance as well. Still the page keep on loading and not showing the catalogs. Any idea where I can find the configurations to this page? I am trying to find it in the UI builder but I cannot find it.

Check if UI builder and related plugins are in latest version. If not, update the plugins. Clear the browser cache and try again.
