Notification sent on case creation rather than on change of sold product

Hello,
I have created below notification -> type : EMAIL on case form.
The above email notification is triggering when a case is created whereas it is expected to send email when sold product changes. Any body has any pointers as to why this could be happening ?
I have tried using conditions like Sold Product is not empty & Sold Product changes, but it didn't work. The case is created at an external system where Sold Product is already filled in. I can also see that in case history and also confirm that the sold product didn't change automatically which could have led to trigger this mail.

Hi,
Please check the business rules running on Case table and see if there is any after Insert BR running and changing any field value which is matching the when to run condition.

Hi Anil,
No for this case we have very unique conditions which no other BR has at least until now. So no other BR is messing things up.
