Hi Team,

 

We have created the notification for the Agreement experiment. The notification template is below:

 

The below Agreement will be expiring in <<Days left to expire>> days.

AT&T Engagement Manager: << pull the name from Relationship>>

 

1. How  to calculate the "Days left to expire" from the current date and end date

2. How to pull the manager's name from another relationship table

 

Please provide the solution.

Hi Mahesh,

You can use email scripts for this requirement. To do date calculations and to get manager info you can create a mail script and then use that mail script in your Notification template to print dynamic data.
