AWS have announced the end of support for Node.js 18.x in AWS CDK.
We have a customer that has AWS CCP integrated into ServiceNow and whilst we understand this change will happen in AWS, the OOTB ServiceNow Lambda use this Javascript version and is responsible for adding various files into the Activity window in the Interaction, such as CTR json, Transcript txt...
We cannot find any information within ServiceNow that speaks to this change and before I raise a case, I wondered if anyone else has experience of the change that is happening in AWS and whether this has had any effect to whether or not the expected files are no longer appearing.
Would appreciate any insights that anyone may have
