Populate Service Contract and Entitlements on a Case form if we have an entitlement with a product matching what was enter in the "Product" field.

Hi,

this functionality is being applied automatically OOB by the Business Rule Populate company for case on the sn_customerservice_case table. Make sure the Business Rule is installed, active and running the OOB version (not customized that is).

Why is this working only for products related to an account . But not for consumer.
