Hi @Bhavya19 ,
I checked your problem in my PDI, so 1st I checked the variants of the Portfolio Planning page.
So there are 3 variants and each variants have audiences so please check the roles in audience if you don't have specific role please assign to yourself.

Audience table - sys_ux_applicability_list
2nd thing that I checked in workspace is roles, please check if you have all the roles if don't please assign to yourself.
