Saving a favorite user gets Servicenow returns bad request 400

So I have a user whom gets this error I also tried to impersonate and sure enough the same error occurs when I try to favorite something as well. Any help would be appreciated.

I have this issue as well.  It's weird.  It seems to be ONLY my account doing this.  Have you learned anything new about this?
