Unable to open cases from CSM portal support agent view in Chrome

I’m experiencing an issue in the CSM portal (support agent view) when using Chrome Version 139.0.7258.139 (Official Build) (64-bit).
When I try to navigate away from the landing page to open a dedicated case, clicking the case hyperlink causes the screen to flicker. The case does not open, nor does a new tab appear for the incident.
Has anyone encountered this before, or does anyone know what might be causing this behaviour?

Hi @Mholi,
try to erase cache, log out and then log in... it's like a fresh start and you might be surprised how many issues get solved by this :)))
Debugging tips:
- try another browser
- try incognito mode,
- try impersonating for a suer with different roles
- admin,
- CSM Agent
- CSM Manager
- CSM Self contributor (external)
Is this a PDI or a real project?
- for PDI there's no support 😕
- for a clients, you can raise a case
- navigate to: https://support.servicenow.com/now?id=ns_guided_support
- click Create a case in the right bottom corner

Thanks, but I had cleared my cache as a troubleshooting step before posting, but it didn't help. I can confirm that when launching a different browser (Edge), it works fine, which is strange as to why it's not working for my preferred browser. I will go ahead an log a case and see what comes up.
