Hi All
Can anyone share best practice collaboration tooling when working with the system integrator, e.g. teams, SharePoint that both parties can access?
Cheers

ahoy @bmclear,
there's no general answer to this as it can be achieved in many ways. Do you plan to use IntegrationHub, import set, REST (json) or SOAP (xml) API, ..... ?
Provide more detaiuls about the integration to get better replies ;))

Hi @bmclear
You can use built-in integrations to sync information directly:
1)Configure the ServiceNow integration for Microsoft Teams to support shared channels. This enables agents to start Microsoft Teams meetings or side chats directly from incident records within ServiceNow. As a result, system integrators can collaborate and respond to incidents without requiring full access to your internal ServiceNow environment.

2) Use the Microsoft SharePoint Online Spoke via ServiceNow IntegrationHub. This lets you map specific folders so that documents attached to your cases or projects automatically sync to a shared SharePoint drive.
