Which role is required to submit the catalog items through customer portal and view the incidents

Hi Community,

 

Can anyone please say which role is required to submit the requests through customer portal and also view the incidents created by him and other.  @Ankur Bawiskar

is this for csm portal?

if yes then csm contacts submit cases from csm portal.

sn_customerservice.customer -> is sufficient for submitting cases and viewing

View a case from the Consumer Service Portal 

Create a case from the Consumer Service Portal

Also note there could be additional roles when customer contact comes into picture.

@Ankur Bawiskar I am asking about catalog items submitting through customer portal not submitting the cases
