Which role is required to submit the catalog items through customer portal and view the incidents

Hi Community,

 

Can anyone please say which role is required to submit the requests through customer portal and also view the incidents created by him and other.  @Ankur Bawiskar

usually catalog items are not used on CSM portal.

Record producers are widely used on CSM portal.
