How is the ServiceNow landscape in Denmark?

I've been part of the ServiceNow implementation at Damco International A/S last year and was wondering how far ServiceNow has come in Denmark?

Do you know, or have you been, or are you part of any ServiceNow projects?

You might remember me as I was presenting the solution to you at Damco.

We are in a fast growth path also in Denmark and we did on boarding many new customers during 2013 and continue the high growth rate in 2014. Are there any specific topic that have your interest?

Hi DK SNUG,

The landscape in Neisa Nordic (DK, FI, SE & NO) - an IT Service Company with mobile field technicians and external customers.

We have been in a process of choosing SMS platform and implementation partner since Q3 2013.

In December 2013 we choose ServiceNow as our Common Nordic Platform and in Marts 2014 we signed with Westergaard and Logicalis SMC as the implementation partner.

We have started the program internally - preparing for all the good changes, there will happen. As of 31th of February 2014 the project is started with external business partners. The scope is the full solution "IT-Guardian" from Logicalis SMC on top of ServiceNow, external and automated process to process integration and Work Order Management incl. SN Mobile Solution.

Go Live is June 2014.
