Dear All,
I've been part of the ServiceNow implementation at Damco International A/S last year and was wondering how far ServiceNow has come in Denmark?
Do you know, or have you been, or are you part of any ServiceNow projects?
kind regards,
Axel

Hi Axel,
Yes it is very quite here, but indeed ServiceNow is in Denmark. I'm from Ramboll in Copenhagen and we implemented ServiceNow with Incident in 2014 and then Request with a portal (not ESS).
Right after christmas we started the project to implement problem management.
It would be really nice to share more, but i think the mentallity in DK is a bit different from other places. I'm new and have been watching this and other channels for sharing and think this is a good place to start, so i will try do a bit more and see if people join.

Hi Axel,
We have implemented incident mangement with our Helpdesk and using it for about 6 month.
I'm from TDC Hosting A/S and we implemented ServiceNow on Fuji in 2015.
We are in the process of moving all Task types to ServiceNow.

Hi,
This thread has been open for quite some time. Just curious, how has the ServiceNow landscape changed over the last 3 years?
Thanks,
Michał
