Hi 

I need to provide a SOC2 or ISO27001 certificate for the ServiceNow platform. I have access to CORE platform and the partner portal, but I simply cant find the documents ready to download.

If you have the correct user rights on the support portal, they should be easy to find under the Trust Center. ISO is under the Core and SOC is located in the SOC category. If you dont see those categories you properly dont have the user rights to access it.

In order to provide a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate for the ServiceNow platform, you will need to request one from ServiceNow. ServiceNow has undergone both a SOC 2 audit and an ISO 27001 certification, and can provide customers with the relevant certificates upon request.

To request a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate, you can contact ServiceNow's Customer Support team through the ServiceNow Community or by submitting a support request through the ServiceNow instance. You can also request a copy of the certificate through your ServiceNow account manager or sales representative.
