What's ServiceNow + HacktoberFest?

ServiceNow + Hacktoberfest is a month-long challenge hosted by DigitalOcean in which you can work on open-source ServiceNow-specific projects/repositories to complete your pull/merge requests for successful contribution. It's a gala in which all open-source advocates come together to celebrate a month of code, collaboration, and community.
