@iekosmadakis of course that's going to happen. These kinds of surveys are always send out after decisions have already been made. The only changes that will be made to the plans that are already being developed, are details. If everyone selects 'free', they may drop the prices on the other two, but only a little.

ServiceNow Support already is the worst. If they also need to start supporting PDIs, it's really going down the drain. And they will have to, since people are going to pay for them now.

Not sure why everything eventually always has to be monetized. 

Thinking of those who might want to enter the ecosystem and may not have the resources / money to pay for a PDI.

Free PDI's will never again be allowed to be perpetual.

They will have a maximum usable life of 30 days.

Refer below to the two notices for the PDI I've been actively using regularly over the past 12 months.

It's now 30 days since this survey went out and my instance is being reclaimed. Not due to inactivity.
