24 time in portal date picker - change to am/pm

I have a date/time picker on one of my catalogue items.  It's formatted in 24 hour when the user clicks the clock to enter a time.  Can I configure this to show 12 hour time with am/pm ?  This is the web portal service catalogue.  I included a pic of the time picker.find_real_file.png

Hi,

 

Open System properties, Scroll down the page and you will find time format. You can select as per your requirement.

Unfortunately that setting seems to update time format everywhere in Servicenow but the portal's date/time picker.
