Hi,
Does anyone know if there is an A: address we can add to our SPF record rather than include the address we have (include:service-now.com)?
We can see 4 DNS entries on this record in total which, along with MS, is maxing out our SPF record (10 limit).

Being new to SPF records and after reading the https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0535456 article
Could you give an example of what the SPF record would look like? Do any of these make sense?
v=spf1 include:service-now.com -all
... or ...
v=spf1 include:b.spf.service-now.com include:c.spf.service-now.com include:d.spf.service-now.com -all
... what would be the advantage of listing out all the IP addresses
