Hello All!
About Dynamic Task Bundling, Any one know about this FUNCTION?
I try to TWO way but any way didn't work
way1
1. Create two Tasks 'state' is 'Draft'(All conditions for bundling have been met)
2. Dynamic Bundling Administration > Policy > Default
3. Auto assign Bundle task(parent task)
=>CANNOT assign agent (because parent task's state is Draft)
way2
1. In System Properties 'Dynamic Bundling before Dynamic Scheduling" make TRUE
2. Create two Tasks 'state' is 'Ready for Dispatch'(All conditions for bundling have been met)
3. Click Auto Assign
=>Bundling Doesn't Work. just one task assigned a agent
I'm not trying to change any condition or flow. because I have to auto assign bundle task and not bundle task(just normal task) All at once.
Somebody know about Dynamic bundling flow, PLEASE HELP ME!!!
