Hi @Mahesh Pydisett,

 

To calculate the success score, formula indicators are provided.

These indicators apply the multiplication operation to the data collected by the automated indicators to arrive at the final score.

 

The Formula to calculate Change Success Rate on Change Model is below.

 

Change Model: % Successful and Successful With Issues = (([[Successful Changes: Model]] + [[Successful With Issues Changes: Model]])/ [[Closed Changes: Model]]) * 100

 

Formula Indicator: Change Model: % Successful and Successful With Issues
