Accepted Solutions Count Stuck at 20 on ServiceNow Community

Hi @community ,

I have been actively contributing to the ServiceNow Community and answering questions. More than 20 of my answers have been marked as Accepted Solutions, but I have noticed that my accepted solution count is still showing 20 and is not increasing.

It has remained at 20 even after additional answers were accepted.

Could someone please clarify whether:

• There is a delay in updating the Accepted Solutions count.
• The count is refreshed on a specific schedule.
• There is any known issue with the Community profile statistics.
• Any additional action is required from my side.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

ahoy @Abhishek Pal,

There are 2 kinds of notifications under the bell icon in the top-right corner:

• "Somebody accepted a solution to <Title of the question>"
  • The question has a solution but it was provided by someone else but not you,
  • This notification goes to everyonee who interacted in the thread or who subscribed to it.
• "Your reply got accepted as solution <Title of the question>"
  • The question has a solution and it was provided by you in particular.

You may see one, the other or both at once if multiple replies were accepted nad you're one of the people who answered.

Could you check the notification  you received?
