Access equivalent to admin in CSM/CRM

Which Role I should give to users in CSM/CRM Module so they should have admin Access in CRM/CSM Module only. Means they can create updates and delete cases in CSM

Hi @M Ismail ,
If a user should have admin access in the CSM module, you should assign sn_customerservice.customer_admin and sn_customerservice.partner_admin.
