accessing a service portal page using URL in ATF

Hi,

I want to access a specific SP page in ATF using URL. is it at all possible? I want to access the form in there, fill it up and submit which will create a Case for service desk. After that i will do some validation. Tried 'Open a Form (SP)' action and was not successful.

Hi @SyydQ,

If you are trying to submit the Record producer, then u can directly use 'Open a Record Producer (SP)' to Open that record producer.

For my case that didn't work. So i tried 'Open Service Portal Page' with Sys_Id and it worked.
