Hi,
Can someone assist me with creating ACL for related companies to see each others report data?
the data table widget shows the correct data when the account relations are set account-subaccount, but the report widget only shows own company data.

managed to troubleshoot this. seems that accounts share data differently than companies since it is csm add on feature. needed to share the company's dynamic my account relations with accounts myaccount and child accounts option.

I have the similar requirement. And set the Account relationship. but still couldn't see child account's data

Hi,
yes, depends on what table data you are using in your reports. case reports get visibility from parent and select account relations accordingly (myaccount and child accounts) other tables need account relations main account - subaccount setup from the account record and from the report also condition company = is(dynamic) = my account relations (AND copy of my account), or depending how you want to share the data. there were multiple different variations for the account relations
