Hi,
I need help in creating ACL for non fulfiller user to access RITM and task created from a specific catalog category.
I have a category called external change under this there are 4 catalog items. I have a group of none fulfiller that need access to all RITMs and tasks that submitted from any catalog item under "external change" category. Do I need ACL only or ACL and business role? Can you help with ACL/business role?
Thanks,
S

Hi @sparkles ,
you need to provide business stakeholder role which is a licensed role. This is needed for a non-fulfiller to see ittems.

Hi Anders,
They have cat_Aud_external_change_fulfiller role.
I created the ACL that allow read for records in sc_req_item, for users with role cat_Aud_external_change_fulfiller, and condition (cat_item.category=external change)
but when I impersonate user with the above role I see zero record even though there is one record.

Hi @sparkles ,
As this is not OOTB, then it's quite difficult to help on this matter. Have you tried access analyzer to investigate possible errors?
