ACL to allow import set table

Hi all,
I need to create an ACL to allow users with particular roles to access the existing import set table while loading upload sheet.
When we go to load data, if I select the existing import set table, in the dropdodro selection, only users with ITIL for eg should be able to see that table in the list.

import_admin is role what you can try with

There is already a role defined for uploading sheets.
I want to restrict "x" import set table to be loaded only by "x" role user anot by any user having any other role.
Please guide how to write ACL for this.
