Active Directory v2 Spoke credential issue

I'm sure credential has nothing wrong as screenshot shown. However, Active Directory v2 Spoke throw error and these are information for the error. Please tell me how to do to fix it.

Have you verified the permission on the Azure side?

Thank you for your reply. Well, it is not a Microsoft Azure cloud service, it is a demo deployed on windows server 2019.
