The formatter works perfectly in the dev environment but there seems to be a problem in the staging environment. The formatter itself is displayed but for some reason, it doesn't display the changes of fields that were updated.
I have tried researching the cause but I have not to reached an answer so this is my last option to solve this problem.

I found the answer. you will just change the audit to true in the Dictionary > enter the table name > enter Collection in the Type field, the search. Once the result is displayed, change the audit to true.

everything is checked actually. the activity itself is there but when I update a certain field, the new change will not reflect on the activity.

Are you sure auditing is enabled for the field?

Hi Richard,
If the changes are moved and still not visible, then try doing cache.do once.
Mark this correct if Helpful.
Thanks,
Sanjay
