When I searched Activity Steam on Google, this link opened. This document is in the Utah Release.

Hi @kiran kumar m1 ,

 

If you are referring to work notes and comments then they can be found on the sys_journal_field table.

 

The change of field values I believe is formatted by querying the sys_history_line table.
