hello everyone,
Once SLA is attached to the case. Actual Elapse time is not getting to update real time. I had also tired refreshing form, but it updates for some of SLA or for other it is not working we want actual Elapsed time to updated in real time, but it is not happening can someone please here.
Example -
We had created 20 minutes SLA. this will get attached to case as soon as created. but actual elapsed time not getting updated real time
