AD and servicenow groups

• I have 5 groups in Servicenow which got created through AD. 

Example: 

A

B

C

D

E 

Now I wanted all the 5 groups changed to name C. All the existing workflow, assignment groups of existing records of A,B, D,E should change to c automatically.everywhere in the system.  How this can be achieved ?

Hi @fasdf ,

For existing record you can not do so as ServiceNow work on sys_id not on name, so updating name will impact no where. You have to update everywhere manually.
