AD Manager Plus

Any suggestions on websites/material to help understand the integration, functionality and general use for the AD Manager Plus application.  We are working to integrate AD with ServiceNow.

We have used other ManageEngine products, but not this particular one. On cursory inspection, it appears that they have exposed REST APIs to handle basic user administration. You could perform these tasks easily with ServiceNow's Orchestration as well, though.

@jonathan.77 - did you get any assistance on this?  I'm trying to integrate it now and have to add more fields than show up on the template.  When I try to edit the client script to accommodate this, it never generates the Incident record.  And the script includes are protected so I can't see if I would need to add the fields there.  Getting frustrated with this "simple" integration.

Is this tool free?  Ad Manager? Do you need certain features in ServiceNow to use AD Manager?

You need to have the ManageEngine AD Manager product as well.  The ServiceNow application just connects to it.
