I added "ES - Igualada" to the location variable on a catalog item. I opened the catalog item on my service portal and the location does not show, do you know why?

Hi @DeIvory Gordon ,
Can you try the same location name and search in the list view. Lets check if same name location is displaying there.
Also, check for any typo or extra space in name.

@DeIvory Gordon I am assuming you are referring to cmn_location table in the Location variable, could you please check if there any locations in the location table which starts with ES - Igualada

are you sure you have records in Location table which starts with that?
are you with english user or some other language user?
