Add attachment on Record producer in ATF

I have a requirement to add a attachment in a variable of type attachment on record producer through ATF in servicenow. How to achieve this requirement in ATf

Your requirement is bit confusing, could you please elaborate and kindly attach the page screenshot where you want to add attachment.

Input message and output message are two variables (attachment type) and I want to add attachment through ATF test step but couldn't find any suitable step. 

This is the test step I've created but it fails.
