I've created a Service Catalog Request which will have an attachment included. Is there a way to include that attachment to Notification Email?
Thanks,
Sarah

Hi Sarah
If I'm not wrong the right approach is not to include the attachment in the email but just provide a link to download the attachment as explained here.
Include Attachments in an Email Notification - ServiceNow Wiki
This will help for 2 reasons
- the email will be always small in size
- the user is redirected to the instance to download the attachment = only authenticated users are allowed to download the attachments.
I hope this will help.

THANK YOU! Sorry I'm new at this. Should I create an email script for this?

Other thing you can do as explained here - for Geneva - but should be exactly the same for Fuji and previous.
Document attachments on an email notification
" .. You can attach documents and reports to email notifications by scripting or linking to the sys ID of the record.
You can include all attachments from the source record with the notification. For example, if an incident update generates a notification, you can include all attachments from the incident record with the notification. To include all attachments from the source record, select the check box for the Include attachmentsfield. Note that email messages, including attachments, cannot exceed the maximum email size. This size includes MIME encoding, which increases total attachment size by approximately 37%...."
To be honest with you i prefer the first approach
Cheers
