add attachments to a catalog item through ATF is not working

Hi,

I am unable add attachments to a catalog item through ATF. The step is failing at  add attachments(sp).

I can see that issue is existed in Paris and Orlando versions...is the issue still existing or please help me on the this issue to get worked.

Hi @mahesh85 

When using the test step "Add Attachments to Form (SP)" - there is a chance of a successfully completed test step to attach to the catalog item on the service portal page. Whether this is successful or not depends on the customizations on the page.

According to ServiceNow this is a known issue.
