Add change type

Hello,

In change_request normally we have 3 type of change Normal, Standard, Emergency so

4th type of change add is it possible.

There is any way to add or for this do customization as well as there is any another approaches to do.

Hi @Vaibhav Ramteke , Yes you can, for that you will have to create a new change template and publish it into the instance. It will be available there then you can use the template to prepopulate the values for change requests, same as standard change. If you don't know how to do that you can search it up you will find docs which can help you in creating templates.
