Add field decorator to Priority field in Service Operations Workspace

Hi Everyone,

 

I am trying to create the field decorator next to Priority field in Service Operations Workspace to open a article via URL,  same as any reference fields with magnifying glass icon/ open record icon

However, it seems not to be working in SOW after configuring it.

 

Would you please let me know if there are any ways to do it. Thanks!

Priority field is a read-only field and field decorators do not appear on read-only fields.
