Hello Devs,
On Agent app we have option to edit incident, and we want to add 'Impact' field on that so users can also edit 'Impact' field. so we need modify 'Edit Incident' action item but not sure how I can pass value for impact field. not sure how we are getting 'input' from. below is the screenshot. I want to give Impact as Input: u_impact. How can I achieve that?
