Good morning friends,
minimize the amount of customization/modification.
I'd like to have the funding amount and source entered by the submitter on-demand intake form on the portal side and then have it linked to the Financials tab on-demand form on SN.

Hi @Sonali01 , I have tried this on PDI.
-- Initially, I have created Funding Amount and Source fields on demand form.
-- After creating field on demand form, I have created "Funding Amount" and "Source" variables on Record Producer "Create a New Demand" , Which are mapped to the field that I have created earlier on the demand form.
-- On Service Portal in demand form I have fill up the values for 'Funding Amount' and 'Source'. After submitting the form values of these fields will reflect on demand form in 'Financial' tab.

Your solution worked, there is another change in requirement.
If the user selects another option in the Source type new textbox should populate. which I achieved in portal side, but how to show in admin side.

Hello
When I create a new demand, I can see the Financial tab, but when demand get created / submitted I cant see it, is it based on the user role
