Hello all,
I need help with simple list widget in service portal. The idea is to change lightbulb color when incident (same with requests) was commented by agent who works on the ticket.
Also way could be to bold field label (e.g. number) when comment was added by agent.
Any of them are acceptable for me.
To check if comment was added by agent I can create custom field true/false and add ss rule for it.
Or maybe somebody is using other solution and can share.
