Add more columns in the list when I am creating a new report

How I can add or remove or columns here when I am creating a new report. Is it possible do the same action that we do in the table to add or remove columns?

You can do here aa well,  on the 3rd tab of your report,  there is coloumn,  when you click on taht, there you can select the field you want to add.
