Add new text fields to attachment panel in new project workspace

Is there a way to add new text fields to attachment panel in new project workspace?
ps: link field would be also nice

What is the exact requirement? The attachment panel just shows the attachments. Do you need to show just text or do you need to show information from the attachment(s)?

For example to add something like this:

Why does that have to be in the attachment panel? Why not just put it as ui actions or links on the form?
